I had really bad redness and a few breakouts that made my face even redder and I was always not confident to show my full face and so I never like to remove my facial mask when I'm outside. But unfortunately wearing masks also made it worse for me. I was breaking out mostly around my temples and my chin. Previously, I did use Nihon skin care, but I stopped because it was quite pricey. So I remembered about the good reviews of the product so I decided to try again. And as u can see, the photo on the right side was before using Nihon skin and the left photo was the 4th day after using Nihon skin. There are still some redness around my T zone but my acne will fade as fast as they came. And I think it takes some more time but I will be patient because this BFC and the other products in Nihon skin has really helped my skin recover after a few years of having skin that I'm ashamed with. Customer service was really good as well. When I first received the deep scar mini kit travel set, one of the bottle broke and they quickly shipped a new one asap after I contacted them no charge!
To be honest, first time use of bfc, I was not used with the white cast kinda effect (its the ingredient probably, not a white cast), but it blends into my skin well! The white effect makes my face glow and sparkle. After few time use, i love it! I dont wear make up so the bfc helps my skin to look radiant and now i feel more confident with bare face with bfc when going out! Just use a small amount of dose because its so rich already! After a month, theres still a lot in the bottle so its really a cost saver giving radiant effect!! Just dont forget to wear sunscreen after ..cause it does have retinol, but it doesnt make your skin itchy at all!

This is my 5th/6th full size bottles of BFC. I using this moisturizer since April 2021 and normally I just use it in the evening time before bed time. It works well for my skin. My skin condition keep changing for time to time but this BFC works pretty well for all of my skin conditions. Easier to kill and reduce my new pimples. And this is my 1st bottle with new design and yes it easier to handle compared than previous one but I wonder how can I take the balance amount from the bottle wall in the end since the bottle now in glass type and no more air pump type.

The Brightening Face Creme contains retinol which may not be suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
For best results, apply a small amount of the Brightening Face Creme to your cleansed and toned face, avoiding the eye area. Gently massage it onto your skin using upward circular motions. You may use it during the day or evening. However remember to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect your skin for your daytime routine.
It's possible that you might experience temporary breakouts or increased skin sensitivity when introducing a product with retinol into your skincare routine. This initial period is commonly referred to as "purging." Purging occurs when the retinol stimulates the skin cell turnover, bringing underlying impurities to the surface, resulting in breakouts.
If you notice breakouts during the first few weeks of using the Brightening Face Creme, it might be a sign of purging rather than an adverse reaction to the product. We recommend continuing the use of the Brightening Face Creme for at least 4-6 weeks to allow your skin to adjust to the retinol. During this period, it is crucial to maintain a consistent skincare routine and avoid using other potentially irritating products.
If the breakouts persist or worsen after the initial purging phase, discontinue use.
Brightening Face Creme is suitable for sensitive skin, however if you experience any irritation or discomfort occurs at any point, discontinue use.
If you are new to using retinol or any of the ingredients, start by using the cream every other day and gradually increase the frequency as your skin adjusts.
The maximum amount of retinol in one routine should not exceed 2.5% and Brightening Face Creme contains 1.5% retinol.
