What if I want to return my order?
- In the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase (e.g. damaged during shipment, wrong item shipped etc), kindly inform Customer Service at support@nihonskin.com before returning the item. Otherwise, your request will not be processed.
- Product return request must be made within 7 working days from date received.
- Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and packing slip.
- Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.
What about postage charges?
- Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process. NIHON skin will bear the postage fees if the wrong item(s) was shipped.

How can I return my purchase?
- Kindly email your inquiry to support@nihonskin.com with the subject “Return Item”. We will assist you as soon as possible.
- Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.
- To make the process run smoother and faster, do email or DM us through Instagram on your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details for record purpose.
How long will it take to receive my refund/new item(s)?
- Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package.
In what situations return & refund does not allowed?
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following situations:
- Change of mind: Once a purchase is made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds simply due to a change of mind.
- Product unsuitability: If the product is not suitable for your specific needs or preferences, we are unable to process returns or issue refunds. Although we do not accept returns, we are committed to providing support and guidance to help you get the most out of your NIHON product.
- Returning unused product: Even if the product is unused, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for such cases. We advise our customers to carefully review the product details and specifications before making a purchase to ensure that it aligns with your requirements. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within the specified period for assistance and possible resolution.
