Can pregnant ladies & breastfeeding mothers use NIHON?
- There is no study showing that topical retinol cannot be used for pregnant ladies. Only the oral retinoic acid is not recommended for pregnant ladies. However, as a precaution, we do not recommend pregnant ladies to apply topical retinol like Brightening Face Creme and Triple Action Serum.
- It is recommended for pregnant ladies to continue using NIHON Gentle Cleansing Gel, NIHON Gold Radiance Serum, NIHON Instant Pore Eraser, NIHON Night Repair Creme, NIHON Water Gel UV Sunscreen, NIHON Brightening Body Creme, NIHON Gold Radiance Face Mask and NIHON Soothing Facial Cleanser.
- All of our products are safe to be used by breastfeeding mothers.
How long can NIHON products last?
- It depends on your frequency and amount of usage.
- It is estimated that the travel size can last between 7 to 10 days, and the regular size can last up to 2 to 3 months.
Is NIHON Halal?
- Our products are do not have Halal Certification for now.
- All of our products do not contain any animal-based ingredients.
- Our products are registered and approved by the Ministry of Health, Malaysia (KKM). They are also formulated by dermatologists and safe to be used.

Are there any side effects after applying NIHON?
- There is no side effect under normal conditions of use.
- Depending on skin sensitivities, you may experience redness or itchiness. If you are aware of skin sensitivities, please do consider doing a skin patch test prior to using the product.
- Should you experience severe redness, itchiness, or burning sensation, stop using this product and consult your dermatologist. Discontinue usage if you are sensitive to any ingredients on the label. Please DM us on Instagram or Facebook, or WhatsApp us at +6017 708 8373 if you have any concerns.
Is NIHON sunscreen lab certified for SPF50 claim?
Yes, we have completed a sun protection clinical test based on the new ISO24444 and ISO24442 in December 2021 at Korea.
Based on our claim, SPF 50, and PA +++
Our Expected SPF: 50
Our Expected UVA-PF: 8
and clinical test shows that NIHON Sunscreen meet both the values.

- Credit Card & Debit Card payment is available for all Malaysian and international cards (except cards from the USA, Canada, Brazil, Costa Rica, Argentina & Australia)

2. Internet Banking

- You can choose from the list of banks available on the FPX option. You will be redirected to the Online Banking login page of your selected bank to complete your transaction

- You can select your preferred e-wallets payments. You will be redirected to the platform of your e-wallet of choice to complete your payment
4. Hoolah

- 3 months interest-free installments are available with either debit or credit cards from local Malaysia banks
- Pay 1/3 of the price upfront upon checkout with Hoolah. We will deliver your order upon receiving your 1st The 2nd and 3rd installment payments will be automatically deducted from your debit or credit cards with no interest.
Shipping & Delivery
Malaysia Shipping & Delivery
- Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we do not allow amendments after your order number is generated.
- We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can. We pack and ship orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (10 am to 4 pm) excluding public holidays.
- Shipping duration varies depending on the location:

- Kindly expect a slight delay in delivery during peak periods. Please bear with us due to the large volume of orders, transactions, and availability issues
- Kindly note that we use third-party courier services to perform deliveries. NIHON skin does not represent courier companies. As much as we hope your orders arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. Please be rest assured that we will take the necessary actions to ensure that your parcels can be delivered to you as soon as possible.
- Upon delivery confirmation, you would receive an email and/or SMS from Easyparcel with a tracking link of your parcel. If the tracking link is not working, you can contact us at support@nihonskin.com for your tracking number.
- You can track your parcels directly at the third party courier website or directly here
Global Delivery
- We deliver globally to many different countries worldwide including Singapore, Brunei, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Germany, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Japan, etc.
- Brunei & Singapore - kindly proceed with the purchase directly on our website.
- Other countries (Taiwan, Korea, United Kingdom, Germany, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Japan, etc.) - Please provide us your full address and product to purchase. We will calculate the shipping fee and assist you in the purchasing process. Please be advised that taxation is dependent on your country of residence and additional taxes may apply.

Stock Availability
- In the unfortunate event that we do experience a product stock shortage, and we are not able to deliver your order, we will try out best to deliver within 7 working days. If the delays are significant, we will contact you through email and social media announcements. If the delay is more than 7 working days, you can request a cancellation of your order through support@nihonskin.com and you will be refunded accordingly
- If free gift is out of stock, we may ship as partial without a gift. A gift will be provided while stocks last. Announcements will be made on our social media account

What is Mochi Skin Club program?
Mochi Skin Club Program is a special loyalty program to reward you, our awesome friend, with special discounts and offers as you earn points! As a Program member, you will be eligible to earn points whenever you make purchases or peek at our social media!

How many times can my reward coupon code be used?
The code you receive for a particular discount through your rewards program is a ONE-time use code that expires after being used for a purchase.
Can I use my rewards coupon with a promotion code?
Unfortunately, no. At this time, you can only choose one code at checkout. And you cannot use multiple reward coupons at the same time.
Is there any minimum spend limit to use the redeemed offers?
No, there is no minimum spend required to use your redeemed offers.
I've ordered from nihonskin.com before. Can I get points for my past orders?
Thank you for being a Nihon customer! Unfortunately, you may not receive points for your past orders. Only orders placed starting September 16th, 2022 (tentative) are eligible for membership points.
Who is eligible to be part of the program?
Anyone, and Everyone! Just sign up for an account and start earning points!
Do my points ever expire?
Yes, If you have not earned or spent points for one calendar year (365 days), your points will expire and disappear.
How do I check how many points I have?
Log in, and click on the top of the Rewards Pop-up box to check how many points you've earned!
I just placed an order/ signed up/ engaged on social media but I don’t see points added to my account.
Don’t worry, sometimes it takes a few minutes for our system to process and apply points to your account. If you still don't see the points after 24 hours, please reach out to support@nihonskin.com and we will be happy to help!
What happens if my order is returned or cancelled?
Any points associated with the order will be deducted from your account balance.
Does placing an order automatically make me eligible to earn points?
No, you would be enrolled only when you register yourself with the rewards program.

How does the points balance work?
Points balance works like a real time wallet system. For example:- Once you join the loyalty program (100 welcome bonus points) and purchase our most favourite mochi skin set worth RM 459 (918 points, 1 RM = 2 points), then your total points balance will be 1018 (100 + 918). Now you redeem your 1000 points for RM 20 off, you will be left with 18 points in your account.
You can opt to make your 2nd purchase using the unlocked discount coupon of RM 20 off and points would be credited to your account again for every ringgit spent on your 2nd order.
